    Predicting and sucessfully shorting a market crash especially in a publicly followed asset class like equities has BIG BRAGGING rights. Imagine telling your mates,grandchildren,mistress,grocer,cat,goldfish that you shorted the S&P an hour before it took a 250pt dump...:D


    But whats worse is it shows lack of maturity and ego driven decision making...
