  1. LOL. You must have been watching a different debate.

  2. Frigging CNN kept helping the socialists by framing everything as a dual between "liberals" and "moderates." Both palatable terms. Rather than saying a dual between the leftists and the far left.

Actually I think cnn was framing a lot of questions through Republican talking points. For example, the healthcare question was posed around would a Medicare plan or other plan increase taxes on the middle class.

That’s an incomplete line of questioning republicans use to muddy the waters and misinform the public.

I don’t support Medicare for all but the proposal is a complicated one that shifts costs from the private sector to the government sector and theoretically would save taxpayers anywhere from a few hundred dollars a year to a few thousand depending on your coverage.

That was a good debate no matter what you say. Policy got flushed out and there was almost no personal attacks. Democrat voters are better informed today based on last night.

Heh, lets face it. Democrat voters will never be informed.

  6. Translation: Everyone was on good behavior because they are waiting for the others to get on with taking Biden down later today.

There is a sequence to this kabuki dance. But there is no getting the nomination without each candidate having to directly go after the other ones and take them down. And that will be upon us in the fall. Some will already be gone, and some such as the Castro boy, are licking everyone's boots to stay viable for VP. But among the front runners who are actually running for president, not VP, the little Summer of Love will end in the fall.

"I hate Donald Trump more than the others" gets you through the summer. After that, not so much.

  8. Seriously, I really appreciated being lectured endlessly about racism by a panel of ten rich white people. You see, we are the problem.

Maybe they could pivot and blame global warming on racism as well, since the "scientific" lockstep on it seems to be unraveling.

  9. And it will be medicare plus, because it will include hearing, dental, and vision which medicare does not cover, and there will be no deductibles or copays which Medicare has.

Nice. We want to upgrade it so as to not fail to meet our obligations to all the new illegals who will be signing up.

There will be blood. No doubt. But last nights debate flushed out a lot of the policy debate going on in the party right now.

It needs to happen and happen in public which it did. Good.

I doubt tonight’s debate will be so civil and policy based.
