From 8000 to 4000, most analysts at the time were bullish or didn't see 50% drop as a possibility. Neverthelesss it took place. Not referring to current conditions in DAX. But like in DAX back then, similar technical conditions are now present in the Yen. One thing I don't favor is daily price action, a bit lame for bottoming type.
