That could turn out to be close to the mark.. That being said with the exception of say, US Bank Corp, Wells Fargo and a couple of light weights they are all going to be in the tank...as I have said some time ago , the government will be the bank of first and last resort, which basically means the 'free enterprise' structure, as we knew it in financial instruments , will be completely different in the future. Bottom line...very little potential growth in the economy for a long period unless the government "releases" its responsibilities to the market place, which is highly unlikely in the foreseeable future.
