I have a stock POOSF, which is on both TSN.TO and PINK. Recently, Questrade did a stock journal for me from one exchange to another since it is not tradable on TSN. My question is, is this kind of journal can be done easily at any brokers and between any markets? If it can be easily done, then we may have some arbitrage opportunity here since I sometimes see such opportunity between US/Canada or US/Australia.
