    With NT/TWS/MT retail tools, really, you believe with more people you can overcome the limitations of the platforms and brokers from the bottom up.

    Plus the candidate has to be perfect using imperfect tools and in a group where human nature reverts to the lowest common denominator.

    That should be an interesting experiment given there is no mention of the CEO and CTO credentials. Would be nice to believe people don't actually fall for this stuff, but they do.

    Reads to me like it's a job posting, a very intrusive job posting. Although I kinda like the part about being sure you don't have a nag wife. Classic.

  8. Do you like Trading, Math and Programming?

    I call it Maths, because I'm english, but ok.

    Essential skills:
    1. QI > 120
    Someones already made that joke. Dammn.
    1. Deep skills in Statistics
    2. Skills in Math logic
    I have no idea what that means. Are you looking for someone with a phd in formal logic? Not much use for trading IMHO.
    1. Deep skills in Money management
    Money management isn't really a "skill"... never mind a deep one.
    1. Skills in Programming (c, c++, c#, mql)
    That's a very narrow set of languages; three flavours of C and a "language" no real programmer would use.
    1. Skills in Number theory
    Do you actually know what number theory is? Again I don't see why the ability to solve Fermats last theorem is relevant to trading.
    1. Skills in Digital marketing
    ?!

    Essential requirements:
    1. Economic independence/freedom
    Yes I'm okay there. Which is why I'm amusing myself with this post rather than applying for this "job".
    1. Time to spend (>=25 hours/week)
    2. Passion in trading
    3. Passion in developement of new projects
    I've just realised why you want Knowledge of English.
    1. A quite place to concentrate in
    I've just realised why you want Knowledge of English... again
    1. A good computer with SO Microsoft windows, a Mic and a Cam
    Sorry that's the deal breaker. I don't know what "SO" windows is, but I certainly don't have any flavour of windows.

    Sounds like a secret club in middle school, when do I get my decoder ring? Are we going to meet in the treehouse in your back yard? No girls allowed, right, because they'll give you cooties.

    This post is yet again a demonstration of the inverse relationship between IQ and EQ.

    You mean the inverse relationship between IQ and QI. EQ is a MMORPG. QI is....um...Quantitative Investing?
