he used a legal loophole to avoid paying millions in taxes anyway you want to slice it thats what he did. You try giving away your tax owed instead of paying it to the IRS and see what they say?
Well I'd either end up in jail or have to hire a hell of a good lawyer. Thats ok by me though because I wouldnt give up my US Citizanship for all the money in the world. He did though, so he did not owe the taxes.
