Well, fake news from CDC tell us that as of October 7th the excess mortality for the year was (right here https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/69/wr/mm6942e2.htm): There are several interesting aspects there (the ethnic distribution is pretty incredible, IMHO), definitely worth reading.
What is a high normal year?, UK is just below the high normal year, so a year something similar happened but nobody really noticed or did anything about it.
Where do you see that? Because euromomo says that "excess deaths are substantial" https://www.euromomo.eu/#substantial-increased-excess-mortality-seen-in-europe PS. they have a super-nifty graphical interface that allows you to compare excess deaths by year etc: https://www.euromomo.eu/graphs-and-maps/
Can't find the chart been googling, this was UK, had spanish flu on it about 10xs normal death rate that year. October Uk was literally 10 deaths over 5 year average, see how November fairs soon. Spanish Flu disapeared because everyone had had it, just like Covid will be.
Are you aware that you come across as ignorant and incapable of a dialogue when you ignore EVERYTHING others post and link to and repeat your own flawed talking point? It makes it worthless to ever reply to you again. But then I would not be surprised if your entire life's purpose was to enjoy listening to yourself.
Sorry who are you ?? why does anyone care what you have to say, stop the overly self important BS and actually say something, rather than just pass insults around, bloody millennial hateful sub species. New Troll alert!!
Back on PC, can't go back far enough on those charts, 2015/16 was a bad flu year would of been interesting to see.
UK ONS Stat's Data here... https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopula...ymortalityanalysisenglandandwales/october2020 Actually just october, and comparing to previous october's, despite Covid quite a average month. Have to Wait till Jan for a yearly summary to previous years.
November, sadly increase on deaths 18.4% +1904 we 13/11/2020. Was looking at 25K over 2018?? ( memory tired ) high number and 45K over average but 35K and 55K looking more likely currently, so 10% over average. But I don't think measures do much, using Sweden as the Control for few measures. Other than Shielding, that was worth it, but killed too soon in the UK.
