Guy is claiming he reported it to the police, and to Joe Paterno.

  3. Just too much anger in this Country. Casey Anthony gets acquitted by a jury of her peers who heard all the evidence and we have Death Wish VI with people wanting to blow her brains out without actually knowing if she really did kill her girl or was just neglectful, and an accident occurred. Further we have to honor the jury system. Whether it is OJ or Anthony. Because we don't want an innocent person sent to prison by over-zealous prosecutors. The Jury system protects each of us and safeguards us from the government.

Joe Paterno is a class act for 50 years. His reputation so far as I have read if impeccable. He has done more for the young men that he has coached than most of us combined, from what I can ascertain. He has impacted their lives. I frankly do not think the knee-jerk arse holes at Penn State should have fired him until after the Season was over. Too much emotion and drama. No wonder the markets are so fricking irrational. People are the same. Further Sandusky is INNOCENT until proven guilty. Maybe, just maybe, he did not do what he is accused of. I was not there. Were you? Maybe someone is making it up. Maybe someone is lying. Maybe someone is not accurate.

Did this Country forget about that basic premise of our liberty, presumption fo innocence? It is what makes us different than Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya etc. etc. etc. ! That..... is the price of freedom. That.... means pieces of crap like Sandusky get their rights just as much as a truly innocent man or woman.

    best regards Tango...

  4. I totally agree. Joe had announced his retirement anyway. Couldn't they have just waited another few weeks ?
This is what happens on these boards....go berserk and they go into "witch hunting" mode.

  6. He has know about this for 10+ years and kept quiet? Not quite the class act.

If someone behaves like a saint for 30 years and then commits a murder, that makes him a murderer. That is what he is going forward. Paterno will be the man who covered up the raping of children. He was the alpha wolf for 50 years and could have fixed it. You are only as good as your worse deed.

Yes due process is needed so no one gets stoned, hanged or quartered. That does not mean the public needs to withhold personal judgement. If I see you shoot someone in the face, I am not going to immediately say, "Well lets wait and see if he's guilty in court."

As yet another revelation has been made. In july Paterno sold his house to his wife for 1 dollar.

witch hunting mode is what happens across the entire country.

After the latest media frenzy, I have to wonder how it will play out next time. Maybe janitors and guys like McQueary won't see shit. They're fucked if they're wrong or if they're accusing someone smart enough to get out of it and they're fucked if they dont blow the whistle hard enough. They deserve criticism and maybe we learn something from this train wreck but instead they get death threats and have to hire defense attorneys.

  8. What does the mean to you?! Do you know or are you speculating about it's meaning. He is older and maybe he wants to avoid gift tax and/or probate, or as some other estate planning reasons.

Further how do you know that is a FACT. Did you read it in the newspaper, or hear about it on TV.

No offense, but people like you really scare the s-t out of me. You're the reason this Country has gotten so f-cked up; rush to judgment or you KNOW that something that happens must be a nefarious reason; yet with really important and scary things happening in the world we clutter the news with b.s. like Penn State, which is not rally that big a deal in the scheme of all the problems and issues going on in this world.

Guys like you who rush to judgment would be lynching innocent people based upon hearsay and assumptions. Do you know why hearsay is inadmissible in court. Most of the time IT'S UNRELIABLE. Eyewitnesses are the WORST witnesses. Period.

  10. Funny how you are the one rushing to judgement of me when you do not know anything about me or my beliefs. Comical indeed!

What destructive behavior have you committed that has led to take defense of this cover up? If you dont think the covering up of this is a really bad thing in this country, then I really feel sorry for you.

Also please re read my post as you would see I am for due process, but you preaching to me and telling me that I am lynching the innocent could be the stupidest statements of the year. Innocent in the court verse innocent in the mind based on the evidence are completely different things.

As for the selling of the house, yes it is a matter of public record. Let me ask you, do you know the federal and penn laws of inheritance? Because I do, so do some research and come back to me.
