Since this a contested election, is it too soon to be calling Joe a fake President? By the way, should “Fake” be capitalized, if or when we refer to Joe as President?
No. Joe's status as a fake president continues even if he is inaugurated because it refers to the fact that he is a cardboard cut-out of a real president and his handlers are the real executives in chief. Similarly, Joe was a fake nominee. A cardboard cut-out, basement boy, who no-showed while those who were really in charge of being the leader of the dem party just used him as a prop. Fake nominee.........fake president.
Trump is your president. We know from the confirmation hearings for Amy, you and your ilk argued that Trump's presidency ends the day after the election. Not so. Refer to Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett for more on that.
It's not a difficult concept, as I'm sure you know. But here, let me help you. Initial things stand, until overturned. Initiating a challenge doesn't, in and of itself, change the status. Initial umpire calls stand, until overturned. Initiating a challenge doesn't, in and of itself, change the status. Initial court rulings stand, until overturned. Initiating an appeal doesn't, in and of itself, change the status. Election results stand, until overturned. Initiating a challenge doesn't, in and of itself, change the status. Innocent until, proven guilty. Indicting doesn't, in and of itself, mean guilt. So, yeah, Biden is POTUS-elect, unless and until that determination is overturned by a court.
Some of the professors at Trump's school remember him as generally clueless perhaps the dumbest student they ever had. I'm sure TreeFrogTrader's high school teachers say the same thing about him. Too many kids get pushed through school getting a pass when they should have failed; he's no doubt one of them.
