Biden did not end the rule he just delayed it. I will note that the rule was only put into effect in December and no community health centers have enacted any changes due to it yet. It should be mentioned many centers have already followed this policy for passing on 340B drug discounts for EpiPens, Insulin, and other drugs since 2011. No community health centers have had their future grant funding blocked yet -- since the rule is brand new. It was delayed for further study. Excellent posting. This outlines what most of us have known for quite some time and illustrates what has been covered up. It will come out in the fullness of time as accepted fact. My interest is in what will happen when that does occur. It may be surprising to see just exactly what The Supreme Court would do in a situation where it's definitively shown well after the fact that the election was stolen. I only deal in facts and not conjecture, so we need to see the proofs get a fair hearing which they have not yet. There was a massive coup by elected officials and members of the judiciary.
