Just read that the massive fed funding for vaccine distribution will go out to the states on Jan 19th, thus arriving for Inauguration Day. Lest there continue to be any doubt that the dems dragged out the approval so that it would not occur during Trump's time but would magically arrive right about the time of the inauguration. Also, as discussed, there should be no surprise that many of the lefty governors will suddenly improve their distribution skills right about then.
[CITATION NEEDED] The only thing that has been mentioned is that Biden plans to start a massive federal campaign for vaccination AFTER HE IS IN OFFICE on the 20th. This is SOMETHING THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION REFUSED TO DO. This is not about Democrats in Congress waiting until the 20th to fund federal vaccine distribution -- or governors changing their state vaccination plans magically on the 19th. Seeing that it is states with Republican governors doing the worst with vaccine distribution -- it does not even make sense to claim that they will magically get their state's act together on the 19th to help the Democrats.
Associated Press news report I read over on my smartphone couple hours ago. You can find it or the same news info elsewhere with little trouble. I did not say in regard to all of the states that it would all happen on the 19th but clearly when we get toward "biden gets credit for it" time period things will improve considerably and that will start happening on the days in the very near future, not all on one day, silly. Although I did say that the funds for states to support vaccine distribution would magically arrive on the 19th because that is what I read and that can probably all happen on one day if it is just a push button release. All the Associated Press reported was that Biden planned to speed up the release of the vaccines in the past 24 hours. There is nothing in this media article or any other media article stating that somehow Democrats were holding anything back so "Biden would get credit for it". This is your reading your own narrative into the news. Let's look at reality -- the federal distribution of the COVID vaccine under Trump has been an unmitigated national disaster -- just like the rest of the Trump administration COVID response. Biden simply stated he is going to be corrected the problems in the federal distribution of the vaccine -- and his plan to accelerate the shipment of the first doses and get them into people's arms. According to AP - "a recent scientific analysis in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine estimated that a “flexible” approach roughly analogous to what Biden is talking about could avert an additional 23% to 29% of COVID-19 cases when compared to the “fixed” strategy the Trump administration is following. That’s assuming a steady supply of vaccine."

So let me understand -- Congress passed the pandemic aid package on Monday, December 21st which Trump signed on December 28th after a delay of a full week. In the package there is "3 billion for vaccine efforts and $19 billion of additional aid for coronavirus testing and contact tracing to be provided to the states". The Trump administration is responsible for distributing the $3 Billion for vaccines and $19 Billion for testing & contact tracing to the states. The Trump administration announces the following - "The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said $3 billion for vaccine efforts should go out to states by Jan. 19, along with $19 billion of additional aid for coronavirus testing and contact tracing. The money comes from congressional legislation passed at the end of last year." Yet somehow you claim that this is somehow the Democrats delaying this money to the 19th to boost Biden somehow. Your assertion simply does not make sense. Facts are pesky things -- especially to those trying to push an alternative reality narrative.
Not going to replay that whole omnibus and stand alone or not standalone covid bill scenario that resulted in a massive delay in the funding. You know the backstory and so does everyone else here.
