    Trump is the only president to never have an approval rating above 50% in aggregate or Gallup polling.While his fellow one termers Ford,Bush and Carter had average approvals below 50 and were below 50 at election time they all had approvals above 50% at some point during their presidencies.Trump is the only president who hasn't.
