The U.S. Labor Department on Monday said it hasnât made a decision yet on whether to delay Fridayâs October jobs report, the final reading on the labor market before next weekâs federal elections. A Labor official said the agency will assess the schedule for all its data releases this week when the âweather emergencyâ is over. Labor is scheduled to release the employment report on Friday, third quarter employment costs on Wednesday and weekly jobless claims on Thursday. The U.S. Census Bureau also said it hasnât made a decision on whether to delay economic reports it plans to release this week, including construction spending on Thursday and factory orders on Friday. http://blogs.wsj.com/economics/2012/10/29/labor-department-may-delay-jobs-report/
LOL! Friggen hilarious. Anything to avoid the upward revisions from the prior month before elections. What a load of shit.
We all know that when the situation warrants the Ministry of Truth will determine the new math for calculating the numbers. 2+2 now equals 3. Further revisions may be required in the future and eventually we know that our glorious leader will have unemployment at zero.
