doesn't Apple have some deep executive talent on bench though? isn't this just a temporary bump for the company?
I want to build an investment position in Apple. do you think I should buy some now, or wait until tomorrow and get some cheaper? as far as downside risk, I'm more worried about the fact that Apple is selling luxury electronics in a bad recessionary environment than about whether Steve Jobs will be replaced
pancreatic cancer has like the lowest survival rate of any of the various cancers as I understand it. Patrick Swayze is also battling the disease.
this guy has the best doctors money can buy. I think it will be good for him to quit all work indefinitely, and perhaps ease into an advisory role in the future as health permits.
I have a Grandfather who is still alive after being told he had 6 months to live.... 15 years ago. How did he survive? An incredible will to change his diet. His disease was described to him as a stalling car. When the car rumbles, stalling, he becomes incredibly ill, if it rumbles and stalls out, as in the car needs to be restarted, he is dead. So he gets very ill from time to time; but has lived, as I said, 15 years with it. The discipline of his diet is what has kept him going, I do not know about Swayze's discipline, but it is possible to continue on.
could you share what he did to survive pancreatic cancer after being told 6mo left? I mean diet, exercise, etc etc.....my friend's father got it too.....want to help in anyway. thx
