    Consistent High 6s to 7 figures if you are a good "Pitch Man" and understand how to build relationships with High Net Worth Individuals.

    Action is 24 hours if you deal on a global scale.

    Stress is 100%, much like a trader, so you have to have a good balance of Relaxation and Energy.

    100% commission is the best model as you can take down any where from 1% to 10% of what you raise. % Depends on the Amount Raised on the project and the type of project and could be govern by FINRA rules. But on the average, the higher amount raised, the lower the take Down %.

    EX: Raise 50 million you get 1 to 2%. raise 2.5 million you get 10%.


    This is not a set scale, it depends on a few factors that you will learn if you find a position. If it the project falls under Rules on 144 and Reg D, if the project is considered a Security by State and FINRA rules, if the project is defined as a non-security, etc.

    Downside: Very hard to find a position, unlike trading where anyone can be involved..
