  1. Still beats Mexican freebies (or they wouldn't be crossing the border).

  2. You forgot a couple. Can’t afford rent – live on the street. Can’t afford health insurance - don’t get medical care. Can’t afford education – don’t go to school. Can’t afford food – don’t eat.
I said that in response to someone else telling me to work 60 hours a week if I had to. Gee I’d love to do that, but your obviously forgetting the other side of the story. Someone else has to pay me to do that. When they aren’t willing to, I don’t get paid. OOOOHHH!!! How is hard work going to fix that? I’m a caddy at a golf course. Today I drove 75 minutes round trip, waited 3 hours for a round, and then got sent home because nobody was taking caddy’ s today. This routinely happens. So my income today was $0. My work related expenses was at least $10, and I wasted 5 hours that I could have been doing something else. So using your “live below your means” logic, how am I supposed to live below $0?

I think this is worth considering.

Why spend your life in a system that is becoming more and more corrupt.......when there are places for one third the cost, on a beach, with no Nancy Pelosi?

I was thinking you would tell us you walked up hill in the snow both ways.

IF you have time to whine on the internut, you have time to work or educate yourself. Too bad no one wanted caddy's.

I served in the military right at the end of Vietnam & went to school aided by the G.I. Bill. I worked my way through school; first at a JC and then Cal State system with a year in Japan. Lived on my own & paid my own tuition, insurance, etc. You can do it too.
