Actually a very good gauge of things being out of line. Anytime too many people in their 20's are making more than management and professionals in their 50's you know things are out of line. One way of indentifying fraud is the ratio of the value of the cars in a company car park to the square footage rented. Sometimes this is due to some exceptional advantage or skill [yet to be competed away], usually it is fraud as the business environment is just not that generous. One UK hedge fund manager made the comment that whoever is the sector currently renting space in Mayfair is the sector where there is excess return and inefficiency.
Ha. It is so true. It is true back in the internet days. It is true now. Anyone remember theglobe.com?
Makes me laugh to blindly affirm something like that since we don't know yet how many people and what type of them who will read this thread. But if I make the following statement then I'm sure it's true. Note: Jim Rogers is smarter than me.
In an earlier time, Jimmie Rogers was CNBC regular contributor. He was worth listening to then. Given who appears day in and day out on CNBC today, Jimmie is REALLY WORTH listening today.
...funny you say that because I just took another test drive and my new Gran Turismo S will be delivered in November. Cant wait ;-) Not all guys working for financial institutions are inherently evil and especially not everyone, me included, has bet all his green on one single horse. So, why dont you get a life, ENJOY YOUR LIFE, and stop minding others business? Just a suggestion to improve your life.
