  1. I agree JB.. I too follow of his advices/commentaries and made a few Ks in USD and Agriculture trades during the past few years..

Media believes he's equity bear,,while in fact he is not.. he just didn't like US Equity Market as much as some foreign markets. They question his forecast,, love to prove him worng (just look at some of the past inteviews on CNBC)..

Their market cap is so low that they struggle to stay a top 100 company in the US. Not mentioning the rest of the world...

  4. The guy's an oracle. It's stunning to watch. I watch his youtube clips alot.

He had interview in Money Masters of our Time. Schwagger's "Market Wizards". A couple other books (Inside the House of Money). He's done a bunch of interviews for his books, Investment Biker and Adveture Capitalist.

You can run google news searches and come up with old interviews.

It's not necessarily hard to follow him. It's a shame is past recorded isn't touted very much. Alot of his calls get buried (a quote in Market Wizards..."I put a significant amount of my net worth in bonds in 1981 and 1982 and traded around the position since).

I saw an interview of him today, he's short treasuries.

The guy is worth hundreds of millions (billions) and the media makes him out to be a quack, or eccentric/crazy. Complete insanity.

I think in 10-15 years, his legacy is going to be out of sight.

    -Soros in the 70's

    -80's and 90's, various calls

-Late 90's to 2010-15 Commodity bull market. Up 600 or 800%.

-Short dollar from the 80's and 90's to worthless or significantly devalued

    -China

    -The others, agriculture, financials, etc.

as i've posted b4, i used to make fun of Roger's in my quarterly to clients in the 97-99 timeframe (i called him jimmy wrong-way rogers).

became a convert in 2000/2001; as it's impossible to argue with facts. his nickname now is: 'often early, never wrong'.

ignore what he says at your own peril...
