Curious as to why he would advocate a business sell more shares to the public when their shares are low.....you buyback when share price drops low...

 

That bit I do not know. I do not know stocks. All I know is, Cramer was not advocating his peeps selling shares outright. He was imploring the company to sell shares to the public. Up to you stock guys to puzzle out why it would have behooved them to take advantage of that dip.
