Of course there are other people who may be personally or macro-scale problematic, distributive deal makers (zero sum) are something I wish I'd had a better handle on in my 20s.

Not all distributive deal-makers are narcissists. Some are just highly competitive or pragmatic. But if someone always negotiates this way, regardless of context, and seems to take personal satisfaction in "winning" at the expense of others, then malignant narcissism is most likely also present.

    Explained well here.

My friend with his whole family and sister was in Balkans for holidays. She was tall, blonde, teen. They had the fkers following them four from 20 meters behind. But all of those were tourist places, so it was relatively safe.
    Plenty of lunatics out there.
They will not get intimidated because the secondary brain clouds their basic survival skills/makes them to ignore it.

Yup, they will cast the persona to everyone, including you, until the person or you :

    She explains well.

In my daughter's case it was a couple of other dads from the school. I didn't know them but they were at events. The gawkers in public are an inevitable thing with girls, usually more age appropriate, but I usually found that even the "lunatics" as you say backed off with a truly stern look.

The proper narcissist adult men however, ones with years of practice, thought they could play my senses or their social status somehow protected them. As a wildlife ranger in Africa before this I was paramilitary, used to arresting men and so my threatening body language was pretty good. Water off a duck's back with a true narcissist. They don't believe that they could be at risk and if something happens they can gaslight their way out if it

This is what people need to get with characters like Trump, it's a whole different thing. They are so confident that can force you to accept their version of reality.
