  3. sean hannity is bothered when alan colmes says jesus was a liberal.

funny how hannity cares about the opinions of one mere man who may have lived thousands of years ago. all you people live your life in 2003 according to the statements of a mere cave man. how crazy.......

i don't know about you guys, but i pretty much don't care about what any cave man thought!! :D

  7. Obviously you lean toward B. I lean towards the following hypothesis:

God left a seed on planet earth. He watched it and watered it and saw it grow. It exploded in growth without war or violence. It now is slowly weaving its way through the fabric of the planet and is in virtually every ethnic/people/racial group. Latin America and southern Africa have been completely transformed by it. Korea and Communist China are shortly behind. He has built what he wanted: a sea of followers almost without number - 80+million in Communist China alone.

Was Abraham a nut? Was Jesus a lunatic?

Or is it possible that that Tolkien (who was a Christian) is right and there is a grand, overarching struggle of good versus evil going on in planet earth.

I'm not claiming I can prove I'm right. I'm just claiming it's not so easy for you to prove I'm not...

  8. if there is a god omnipotence is not one of its attributes! i see a huge number of mistakes lots of things should have been done a bit differently :-/

  9. Again, you are assuming there is no spiritual/supernatural reality. If there is such, then one man two thousand years ago can be just as correct as someone today.

  10. Again, this assumes there is no spiritual/supernatural reality. If there is supernatural intervention, then it could play an important role in any individual's life...

Important point: it would not be a crutch, but an actual prime mover of life, character and behavior.
