jesus christ was insane or a liar

  1. You buying or not buying a statement is irrelevant to the truth of the statement.

If a scientist allows his subjective belief systems to influence his empirical conclusions, then the conclusions reached are not scientific by definition.

Your comments about "regret" are more evidence of hubris.

  2. that the word empirical is of your vocabulary. Philosophical reasoning, which you're incapable of, often replies on ethics, and philosophy isn't really a science, it's a social science concerned with creating systems for how to think of life.

  3. "Empiricism is the belief in philosophy or psychology that all knowledge is the result of our experiences. (See John Locke's Tabula rasa or "blank slate" theory.) Empiricism is closely allied with (philosophical) materialism and positivism and opposed to continental rationalism or intuitionism."

Yes if course...but that doesn't stop you from continually *calling* the contaminated results "scientific". It's a game you love.

  5. I don't know whether anything Jesus said was a lie, but he was most definately insane! I mean, to think he could get away with suggesting that people be a little kinder to one another for a change!?!? That is just downright dispicable -- a notion such as this could not be accepted under any circumstances, son of God or not! You can't fuck with man's right to be miserable -- it's our the universal past-time of all that was, is, or ever will be. It's the real opium of the masses. The only thing that should be allowed to interfere with this mass-spread wickedness are blow-jobs and little green pieces of paper -- that's it! 2,000 years after the guy was nailed to a tree and we are still meaner than ever. Gotta love it. Man's wickedness, coupled with his stupidity, is one of the few constants we can truly depend on! How dare him try to change what was and always will be. He deserved what he got...
