You buying or not buying a statement is irrelevant to the truth of the statement. If a scientist allows his subjective belief systems to influence his empirical conclusions, then the conclusions reached are not scientific by definition. Your comments about "regret" are more evidence of hubris.
that the word empirical is of your vocabulary. Philosophical reasoning, which you're incapable of, often replies on ethics, and philosophy isn't really a science, it's a social science concerned with creating systems for how to think of life.

I don't know whether anything Jesus said was a lie, but he was most definately insane! I mean, to think he could get away with suggesting that people be a little kinder to one another for a change!?!?
