You bet Tomorrow's a new day Tonight..., get some rest - clear the noggin Tomorrow - take it 1 trade at a time Make a plan for each - then follow it through to exit Stay detached..., patient..., and keep the thoughts quieted RN
Thanks for the encouragement JS. Yeah I noticed there were missing charts in my journal. I was looking for something the other day. i'll contact a mod when I get some time. Let me know if I can be of any help to you (but just remember the source)
Yeah..., we (collective we) made individual methodologies (but like you said the charts are toast) Now..., we (collective we) are forging individual traders They (J and Slugar) are doing the heavy lifting..., me - I'm hangin out drinkin beer (being the lazy ass redneck I am) ===== You're creating your method now - but soon will be enjoying this same mental mind fuck (already had a taste) it is a bitch - but it is also conquerable And to think we do this of our own free will - what in the hell does that say about us F me runnin RN
HAHAHAHAHAHahahahhahahahah I'm only beginning to see the truth that it's 97% psychological, 3% mechanical. Freeeeeedom!!!!
Circa Nov 16, 2010 ======================== It ceases - only when you stop allowing it Make tomorrow different RN
A bit better today but still down a couple points. Forced a few trades to fit my set up criteria. Not good. Forced myself to hold trades a bit longer. Lately I've exited too soon on trades ; taking a loss when I should have held or exiting a winner too soon. Today just wanted to intentionally try something different. Ended up with a couple losses bigger than normal and a winner bigger than normal. Mentally it was a good exercise. Tomorrow - more patience on entering, more patience with winners, cut the losers sooner. I can do this.
