    7:20 B/O actually occurred at 7:22

From 7:08 to the B/O…, there was overlapping PA occurring in a range

Hence you sat on your hands

    Perfect

    Yep you are

We do what we do – then we move on

And since we’ll never know the outcome till afterward – no need to second guess.., or dwell on - what we did in that moment

    Keep on Truckin :)

On another note.., book is on order

  2. That overlapping PA tip I'm quite certain I got from you. I don't see it now in your posts I've printed out but ,man, that stack of stuff you've written is great ! Thanks again !

Book on order ? :) All my books nowadays are on my Kindle. Instant download and can read at night without bothering the wife. I do kinda miss having the book for the shelf though.

  3. -.75 today, 4 trades. Too concerned about not wanting to give up the weeks profits.

Nice 123 long a little before 7:00 that I missed. I had an order in then cancelled it.

    Overall, a good week.

I read this book and it's excellent for traders. The recommendation to focus on everything you do right instead of everything you do wrong is priceless

  9. Last week -14.75 pts

Tuesday was -16 pts. Trying too hard and not paying attention to context. Added some reminder notes to my pre-session/pre-trade review about airspace, ranges and mini-DT/DB's.

Some of my forcing of trades comes after I hesitate and miss an entry then I end up taking a low odds PB or continuation entry. Got that noted so I remember to slow down after I miss a trade.

RN said when in a trade...and working -look for reasons to stay in ..not exit.

Friday was a good example of me not doing that (chart attached). Both of these trades while not strongly working had at least equal reasons or more to be more bullish than a cause for exit. Strong up day and support still below. Lesson learned; hopefully.

Last week had again great opportunities for the patient trader. Tuesday kind of hung over me the rest of the week.

Maybe I'm crazy but I'm not feeling discouraged. Ready to come back tomorrow with better discipline, patience and a smidge more PA knowledge.

Your context is dead solid – meaning.., it accurately reflects price – it is trade-able

    Now a few random thoughts;

Consistent thought – leads to consistent action

Success is a process / successful trading is following a process

We must be balanced (referencing the triad or zone)

Any idiot (or even loose pet walking over one’s keyboard) can put on a winning trade…, or losing trade – we’re paid for what we do after entering each trade – and doing this consistently..., in accordance with what PA is saying - makes us consistent

Keep the conscious quite – so it not allowed to override the subconscious

Some of our trades will work – and some of our trades will not work – the mkt is uncertain this way

Once we accept that fact…, separate our self / self worth – from each trade’s outcome…, know trading is following a simple and repetitive process…, know we trust our self…, know we will always act in our own best interest

Doesn’t sound like you’re crazy at all – simply bringing all the components together into a consistently profitable.., professional trader

For the record - Your PA knowledge is more than adequate

    Keep on Truckin
