    Hey J,

Once again it time to get our head cleared and centered...., charts updated...., and some good rest tonight

Tomorrow.., back to the grindstone we go...., our objective (job) is to follow our routine..., follow each trade plan to fruition

Our job is also - not to introduce randomness

    Rest Well Sir

  2. Thanks RN.

Will be ready to patiently wait for valid setups and manage according to my rules. Which means I will likely have to deal with the uncomfortable feeling (because it's not habitual) of letting go and letting trade play out according to my method.

    And take all valid trades.

    good trading to you !

    Another new day J

We remain the same..., we follow our routine... we do our job

We are not smart enough to second guess / out think the mkt

We don't second guess signals..., or each plan

    We observer / monitor ourself

We follow each plan to fruition - We do not inject randomness

Trade well - and to hell with the results

  4. It was a negative day but I'm not going to post results until end of week. Keeping focus off PnL right now.

Difficult day. Choppy again. I did a good job of not thinking about PnL, good job of pulling the trigger and good job of letting trades play out without exiting too soon. What I did not do well was have enough patience waiting for strong set ups. I was entering too much in a range. Too many trades. Overall not a great job on my part. My best days are when I'm patient and wait for the obvious set up. Also it's profitable days when I start focusing too much on the PnL so I don't think I was really tested on that aspect today.

Feels like I'm getting some things right but not every thing right in the same day. Back at it tomorrow with better discipline.

There are many aspect which make up consistent trading

Getting/ keeping them all headed in the same direction..., at the same time - takes time & work to develop

    You are

Funny thing..., lately..., when you think you've done a good job - I don't

Today..., you think you did a bad job - I certainly don't

    Good Job J :)

  9. Positive day. I did not look at my PnL until after the session. Of course I had a rough idea where I was but not exactly. Will I always do this ? I don't know. For now though trying to just focus on taking valid trades and manage according to plan. Today I did an excellent job of doing that.

Early on I commented to myself that is was choppy and going to be another difficult day. Then I realized that choppy means not a lot of opportunities. All I need to do is be patient. There's nothing difficult about doing that. After that I did a good job of waiting and when the trades set up I was in there pulling the trigger. I'm managing trades well too. Meaning I'm sticking with the plan and not having anxiety or stress while trade plays out.

Maybe it's just a relief to recover some of yesterdays loss or maybe just pleased I did my job well today. Actually I shouldn't even be thinking about prior days but one step at a time. Anyway, happy with the outcome.

    Agree wholeheartedly

    Today - You Did!!!!! :)

    Agreed

We are the only commonality there ever will be..., between all trades past..., the current trade..., all trades future

And this even exclusive of our actions - unless we make it so

    Good Job J
