You do know that the President is the highest classification authority (OCA) right? It's impossible for him to not have the clearance since he determines clearance for everyone else in the executive branch - there is no law to determine classified material except what the President dictates.

Where do you get such crap? And then have the confidence to cite it as some fact without any qualifiers.

 

Are you sure about that? How could you have the nuke codes and not have a friggin clearance?
