I read this article on BLOOMBERG and asked myself why Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan are buying longer-maturity Japanese bonds if the American economy is about to grow ? http://www.bloomberg.de/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=a8WQhDRlv9XU&refer=home Japan would be one of the countries to benefit first from sustainable US growth prospects, or ? Thus, the yields would have to raise.... But otherwise, if the US economy isn´t to grow the way it is predicited to do - after this great November retail sales numbers - it would make sense to buy some long dated debt...
