When are all of those people who orchestrated the BLM riots going to be charged for ripping up and destroying half the country?

The Capitol Police know who to hold responsible. Police snub McConnell and McCarthy at Jan. 6 gold medal ceremony Officers who responded to the Capitol attack pointedly refused to shake hands with the two GOP leaders as they received top honors from Congress Tuesday. https://www.politico.com/news/2022/12/06/mcconnell-mccarthy-police-gold-medal-ceremony-00072546 Police officers who responded to the Jan. 6 Capitol attack and some of their family members pointedly declined to shake the hands of Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy as they accepted Congressional Gold Medals on Tuesday. Officers shook hands with Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer as they accepted the medals, but quickly moved past the House and Senate Republican leaders — despite McConnell outstretching his hand. All senior congressional leaders were participating in the event to honor U.S. Capitol Police officers, Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police and others who responded during the riot. “May this medal — the highest honor that Congress can bestow — serve as a token of our nation’s deepest gratitude and respect: not as full but as a token,” Pelosi said prior to awarding the medals at a ceremony that took place in the Capitol Rotunda. Among those who walked past the congressional leaders were the family of Brian Sicknick, a U.S. Capitol Police officer who died in the days following the attack and later lay in honor in the Capitol. In ceremony remarks after the snub, McConnell and McCarthy both thanked the officers for their heroics during that day. “To all the law enforcement officers who keep this country safe: thank you,” McCarthy said. “Too many people take that for granted, but days like today force us to realize how much we owe the thin blue line.” Police officers have criticized McCarthy’s response following the attack, including former D.C. officer Michael Fanone, who suffered a traumatic brain injury and a heart attack in the riot and secretly recorded a meeting with the House Republican leader. Some House Republicans have downplayed the seriousness of the attack, and McCarthy has personally minimized former President Donald Trump’s role in stoking the mob. McConnell has called the Jan. 6 attack a “violent insurrection,” but also joined McCarthy and other Republicans in voting against the establishment of a bipartisan commission to investigate the riot. The GOP Senate leader also voted against convicting Trump in his second impeachment trial over the former president’s role in Jan. 6.
Time for the indictments. Jan. 6 committee will make criminal referrals, chair Bennie Thompson says https://www.cbsnews.com/news/jan-6-...riminal-referrals-chair-bennie-thompson-says/ Congressman Bennie Thompson, chairman of the House Jan. 6 select committee, told reporters Tuesday that the panel will make criminal referrals. "Yes," the Mississippi Democrat said in response to a reporter's question on the topic. He later said, "We have made decisions on criminal referrals." Thompson didn't reveal which witnesses the committee is considering for referrals, and he indicated that the panel has not yet finalized the list of individuals it plans to refer. He said the committee plans to meet later Tuesday afternoon, and he expects the criminal referrals to be part of its discussion. Thompson also confirmed that the panel is examining whether any of the witnesses perjured themselves before the committee. The referrals, he said, would be separate from the committee's final report on the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the Capitol and would be contained in a document he sends to the Justice Department. A date has yet to be announced for the release of the committee's report. Thompson would only say it would be "as soon as possible" as the committee continues to "try to work through everything." As for the question of whether a criminal referral for former President Donald Trump is still under consideration, Thompson replied to reporters, "Good try."
They should all be fired Could these officers be indicted as accessories if McConnell is attacked and the police restrict their help
I see that I need to dumb down this to your level How do you feel when police have personal grudge against people they take an oath to protect Is this the type of police behavior that leads to black men being shot when they are pulled over in a traffic stop
When the people they are expected to protect are doing their best to have the mob kill the cops -- -then the police should hold a personal grudge. Every decent American should hold a grudge against these GOP politicians who attempted undermine democracy and hold an insurrection in support of Trump. It's time for some seditious conspiracy charges against these GOP politicians who actively supported the insurrection. Hopefully the records being sent from the January 6th committee over to the Department of Justice leads to appropriate charges.
