Too big a watch list. If you short, just short FSLR. I see no better short than FSLR. Virtually all other high fliers, even though they may be over-priced, but at there there is some theoretical justofication for over-price, because they MIGHT continue to grow at rapid pace, things like GOOG, AAPL, RIMM. But FSLR is totally different. people perceive that this solar company can grow fast and unstoppable. But one thing can stop the growth of FSLR altogether. It rely on tellurium, an extremely rare element on earth. FSLR's own demand on tellurium has already serious threaten the global supply/demand equation of tellurium, causing rapid price appreciation. So at the end of day FSLR will kill itself. Read this: http://www.seekingalpha.com/article/55959-the-tellurium-supernova My suggestiong is if you love physical commodity play, then buy some tellurium metal ingots. If you love shorting, time to short FSLR.
mmm.. GOOG has done well for me this month: bought 20 JAN 640 Puts for 2.75 back when it was trading at 690 (Jan 2, I think) and sold about a week later at 15+ not a bad way to start off the new year
