Hi I heard that is strongly recommend run J-Trader on Windows XP Professional rather than XP Home Edition. ... I running currently XP Home and the fact is that I have big problems with connection. Thank you for all suggestions.
I run with XP and couldn't get J Trader to work at all. Didn't want to spend the extra bucks to upgrade to Pro, so I found a platform that was compatible with XP. versatility is the name of the game.... J Trader doesn't have it.
I've run J-Trader "stand alone" on XP Home for a couple of years and have never had any kind of problem.
Works this way: 1. You have problems with J-Trader 2. You ask your broker and tell him that you run OS "ABC" 3. Broker will tell you that you should definitely switch to OS "XYZ" Works the other way, too. Just replace "ABC" with "XYZ".
