Yeah, I was premature AGAIN. #!@$@$^@#$%($!@#!@#!@$%WEFQEFBMEQWRB#$!!@$# wepbwero`r59134-35gjm35g !!!
Stop lowered to 6700 to lock in profits. Still targeting 6600 and below but might close trade early if drops down below 6650 by close and look for another trade.
Some great trades in this thread! I don't want to divert the thread but can I make a quick couple of observations, feel free to tell me to mind my own business I've tracked a few of these calls and see quite often a trade turn profitable and then get stopped out for a loss, have you maybe considered moving stop to b/even after x pips, or scaling out when things don't look as perfect as they originally did? A couple of good example are Ivans great short Aud/Usd at 8200 which he admits he came out of early, wouldn't it have been better to maybe take just half off and move the stop on the rest to break even, it would have hit your target. And PProphet's trade, a good short Aud/Usd from 8107 which went into profit over 30 pips more or less straight away, now it's 7 pips off your stop, would it have been an idea to move stop to break even once in profit by that much? Just constructive comments, certainly not meant as criticism as you guys are traders, as I say feel free to ignore it. Good trading all
Yes, it would have been better, and I'm kicking myself on that one, but hindsight is always 20/20! If I can think of an obvious facet of my trading that I am working on constantly (that has improved dramatically in the past few years) it's that I pull the trigger too early on taking profits.
Stopped @ 6700 (10 lots x 50 pips). Not that bad. Had a feeling it was going to bounce but was hoping to get a little more room on the downside. Looking to re-enter at a better price - still think it will find a home south of 6600.
Long CHF/JPY at 95.02. S/L at 94.90. Looking for a bounce since this seems to be a support level. I'll go short if it breaks 94.90
Short USD/CAD @ 106.79, S/L above the 7 day high (107.75 or so), targeting 105.7. This is a larger "full size" trade for me so will look to book 1/2 profits @ 50pips or so, along w/moving the S/L to b/e.
**sorry, I went ahead and edited the post. I just wanted to make a quick mention here, then go post charts to my blog, then come back and edit
