Ok, we all know the ITS thing is going to be a thing of the past. But before it gets torn down, should the regulators actually think first then do something about it? Should it be replaced by a new ITS system or a CLOB (central limit order book). Or just plain get rid of it and have trade thrus? Will history repeat it's self with the regulators
