It's dangerous to buy Russian shares in any year that ends with the number 8. Also risky are years ending in 9, 3, 5, 1, 6, 2, 4, 7 and 0.

I agree. America needs to be wary about a resurgent Russia. It is trying to create a natural gas monopoly and choke Europe. That's why Georgia is so important.
