It's still mathematically possible Trump wins the election even without fraud

  1. recounts are only mandated by law when the results are within 1%.

Just because Trump is upset he lost in a state deos not mean he should get a recount unless he has sollid evidence. Otherwise every loser in an election would demand a full recount each election.

The point made is the recount will only happen in those states where the count was within the law mandated recount.

If Trump is upset he lost the election he does not get to demand a recount based on sour grapes...

Only one claiming widespread fraud all over is Trump but every chance so far he had to prove it in court he got a gavel shoved up his tight ass...

  2. MI-

This court finds that while there are assertions made by the plaintiffs that there is no evidence in support of those assertions," said Judge Timothy Kenny in denying a request to delay certification of election results.

"On this factual record, I have no basis to find that there's a substantial likelihood of success on the merits as relates to this defendant, nor am I convinced that there is a clear legal duty on behalf of anyone who is properly before this court to manage this issue," said Judge Cynthia Stephens in denying a separate request to stop the state's vote counting.

  3. AZ - they tried one and realized they were idiots

Republicans in the state dropped the Sharpie lawsuit Saturday but then filed a separate suit alleging other votes in the state were incorrectly rejected.

  4. GA - one of my favorites.... the evidence magically went away like CORONA..

A Georgia judge summarily dismissed a Trump campaign lawsuit last week that alleged ballots received after a 7 p.m. Election Day deadline were mixed in with legitimate ballots, according to The Current, a nonprofit newsroom in Georgia that partners with NPR member station Georgia Public Broadcasting.

Republicans in the state based their allegations on testimony from a Georgia GOP poll watcher who was subsequently unable to provide any evidence.

  5. NV

The Trump campaign and the Nevada Republican Party claimed that "irregularities have plagued the election" in Clark County, the state's most populous county, without providing evidence. They argued that the county should not be able to use a machine to verify signatures, but federal Judge Andrew Gordon rejected the request.

  7. It means that Trump has been trying so hard to find fraud to justify why he lost rather than face the loss (what Hillary did not do), that he is getting his ass kicked routinely in court over every little thing.

Having Rudy as his lead shows had bad his position must be.

For those millions who simply watch OAN and believe everything (even the sharpie one which none of the fucktards I called out on faceback even recanted), I am waiting for the conspiracy theories as to why the courts are now also fraudulent.

Can the USA have a new president as a X-Mas day present? Or we going to have to have some USMC drag him out by his ears on Jan 20th? Heh

I don't think you understand my response at all, so let me be very clear.

I don't give a fuck about some rando spouting pseudo babble on the internet, let him prove his bullshit in court and I will take some interest in it. Any moron can spout anything and claim anything, why would I waste time on sore losers who want to grift dumb inbred hillbillies off some money?
