The "free money" is not gone. Keynes hasn't failed yet (although our implementation of it will). Thing is, even when it fails, these losers will still be voting for this stuff. Just look at Detroit. 50+ years of failure! Two and a half generations! Talk about EPIC FAIL. Are they changing their minds? Not a chance. As long as the so-called rich get punished and the city leaders are "standing up for the black man" (WTF that means), the voters do not mind living in squalor. To them, it's a worthwhile trade. Rather than change course, they've extended some of their policies to the entire state. Michigan is in a dark depression and it had no growth spurt like the general economy did. Watch `em raise taxes more and pay more people to not work. There are big signs that many people either cannot learn that liberalism is a drag on the economy not an aid, or do not care. Why else would we have RINOs? They can see the writing on the wall. All 12 of the people who'd really vote for somebody who implemented real, deep, meaningful cuts are not enough to get one reelected.

Bring back the 1950s tax rates or even Clinton tax rates and stay out of wars and bailouts etc and we will do just fine Remember the last real democratic president ?
