It's not fair. Why must I be wide awake with my mind racing when the world sleeps?

  1. No need to waste you money : try www.dhamma.org
it really works. Just after the first 10-Day session, you will feel much more relaxed and calmer.
Then obviously it is about keeping the good habits developed during the 10 days. Then the following sessions allow to deepen the meditation.

  4. if you want to get good sleep. it is very simple.

1 .read books, those most boring books, for example static facts, theoretic junks
2.go to church, sit and listen to those everyday blemny preach, priests are the best sleep pills. that is my secret.
3.do heavy labor work, work at Mackdold, or road worker, or remodeling your kicthen, keep doing util you feel you are sick of those tedious repetitive but can not finsihable tasks. this is the most effective one. apply for survival TV show

if 1 does work, go to 2; if 2 does work; go to 3.

I often envy computers. they can be shut down, just by pushing a button or a click.
human minds are cursed since God injected free will whencreatedin the first place . even in sleeping mode, the minds are not stopped, dreams after dreams,...

that is why smart people are unhappier than those ordinary joe and marlyn

the more you want to sleep, the more trouble you get. the best recipe is forget it through forceful activities: those I listed above.

Interesting. Just the thought of reading a marketing book from college is making me drowsy.
