  1. You're rarely going to have 3 horses with equal probability of winning... so you have to handicap them to pick the more likely winner. Market works like that too.

  3. I went to Vegas once with wifey and some friends. They hooting it up at the craps table. One person asked me why I was not playing a game or at least the slots. I replied, "I don't gamble". I didn't drop one quarter into a slot while there.

    If you are literate with odds you can easily remove one outcome and create new quotations such as to bet against an outcome.

    Lol, you are correct. They are built from losing Gamblers that become addicted to chasing wins to recover losses.
