I'm going to do everything I can to avoid Houston, or any other traditional jumping off point, on my trip south this winter. Probably means I'll have to fly Mexican air out of Cancun, lol. Hmm, intrusive (and amateurish) pat down, or die in a crash by unmaintained Mexican junk... that's a toughie.
