It's been 3 years and I'm back!

  1. I make more than 5 trades a day... And I don't care if I pay a half million in commissions to my broker.. As long as I take home money for myself and don't work a 9-5..

  3. Would you bet the house and the kids that the next 30 years in bonds will be the same as the last 30 years in bonds?

So you're saying he should skip the next trade because he doesn't want to spend another $4 in commissions?

Brokers have to make a living too. Many are going out of business.

  6. Bro, do you trade for a living? Please be honest, do you? Because professional traders don't care what the next man is getting.. If i make close to 7 figures a year, why the hell do I care what my broker is getting?.. Come on now..

No..he is speaking about not caring about commissions..whereas they are a very real business expense..on that $10k account lets see!

    $2.80 round trip

    5 trades a day = 2.80 x 5 = $14 a day

    250 trading days = 14 x 250 = $3,500

    % of capital = 35%

That means it is costing you over 1/3 of your trading capital in one year to do just 5 ES round trips a day..and we haven't even added in the losers yet!

If any person in their right mind thinks that is not worth bothering about..then..all I will say is..:)

I wonder why some market makers are now broker salesmen :) :)

Skippy you need to understand financial statements. Your analysis is worthless without revenue consideration. My commission expenses run in the neighborhood of 7-12% of gross revenue. What (legal) business operates with it's only material overhead in that range?

I doubt very much you know what you are doing..so I can not see you making any money worth talking about for yourself..maybe you are one of those trading OPM and don't really care what happens..either way..you are not a real professional..as you speak total and utter rubbish when it comes to business basics!

Are you a dot com bubble reincarnation..Bro :)
