  4. What would you say is best for depression? Meditation, Psilocybin Mushrooms or a Blow-up doll?

    FWIW an Eastern Perspective:

    Desire can lead to suffering. If you add poisons such as greed, jealousy, anger or fear it can compound. These poisons are like air, if you create them, they come back at you.

    Western psychologist can describe depression as slow leaking anger.

    It seems that traders work in a hazardous environment!

    I'm all for psilocybin or DMT, just wish I knew where to get this stuff. Haven't been able to since long ago in the college days.
