Purina or Iams is better but the cat is nineteen (an Arcangel / Russian blue so longer lived, particularly intelligent) and beef Whiskas is like her cocaine, she reacts to it like most cats do with tuna (which she is fairly indifferent to). Most would guess her as ten or so as she still plays/hunts quite a lot and has never had glaucoma. She has never been fussy with dry food though and will even steal dry food from the dog at the country cottage, mostly to annoy the dog by showing dominance I think the secret to the cat's healthy life is she has a 90/10 split mostly in the country and only at the apartment sometimes. We also grow some grass for her on the apartment balcony, perhaps that helps with Whiskas tummy aches.
