i don't think cheney has the health to tackle a presidential race + 4/8 years.

 

Cheney will not run, nor would he be electable. I would however vote for him over Obama in a heartbeat. In fact, I would vote for him over McCain in a heartbeat as well.

Either way, it's not going to happen.

 

I don't like him for a myriad of reasons, but probably the best man in the running for the job would be Mitt Romney, purely for economic purposes.

 

Obama vs Palin, I'd vote for Obama.
