Iterative Refinement

  1. Nope. It doesn't.

At 11:55 only half of what the market has indicated must come next has actually arrived on your screen.

(All times Eastern and [close of] ES Bar).

  2. Me too. While we are on this subject, I am also unable to determine why 1405 does not represent change as Lack of 'continuation'. It did here.

At 1400, once a sequence completes, the market has given the trader permission to seek a change in mode. If the market did not continue, what other possible descriptor is there other than change under a binary system?

  3. Maybe these faster fractals will clear things up.

  4. Sequences not yet complete. No permission to seek a signal for change.

  5. You are correct. The non-dominance ends with 13:55 bar as annotated on your chart.

Which is different from usual annotations where B2B marks the arrival at point 2.

It is very frustrating, but while I am studying the picture you posted in response to treeline's question, I just can't see those 'subtle differences' which make this particular traverse the case where both 1330 and 1340 bars are non-dominant, despite the fact that they are both increasing volume and not spike or lateral BO/FBO or inside the lateral.

Is this the matter of figuring out why both 1330 and 1340 are non-dominant or something else entirely?

  7. It's a matter of determining why one knows the market is creating a faster fractal traverse, rather than, an actual traverse.

  8. We know this because Points 2 and 3 of the faster fractal traverse occur inside the confines of the pink ES-only down traverse. If I'm not mistaken, the implication here is that we have to wait for the faster fractal sequences to complete before we can reach the trough of the B2B Gaussian at the ES-only fractal.

  9. There you go. Nicely done.

  10. Which is essentially why both 1330 and 1340 are non-dominant bars.
