We are on the third traverse of a down channel (Dwn - Lat - Dwn). It looks like a possible Pt2 has been formed and we are in the process of moving towards a Pt3 down. Just my take. guava
... funny ... like last night, when I launched an invitation for a 'pre-flight' ... people are afraid to ... be a little off ... traverse down sequence completed at 1555 ... jokari change at 1600 ... this was the 2nd dom traverse of the down channel ... ... what follows ... EDIT: ... first dom traverse of an up or lateral channel ... that is ... an up or lateral traverse ... starting with an up or lateral tape or movement ...
You've yet to post a chart (even after several direct requests to do so). As such, I recommend you 'dial it back a bit' with respect to people 'being afraid' to offer up an idea. Incorrect. See guavaman's post for an accurate description of where a trader sits with respect to the right side of the market. As the g-man indicated, the market needs to complete its non-dom portion of the second Dominant Traverse, and then, return to dominance in order to complete the Traverse and channel sequences. Bar 81 (the day's final bar) currently represents one bar out of a formation on decreasing Volume. As such no signal for completion of the non-dominant movement has been provided. The end of today sits at the exact same point in the sequences as the market did at EOD on Friday (assuming of course that one went back and corrected any previously errant annotations) - only from the opposite side of the market. Again, the market must complete a non-dominant sequence (point two to point three) and then complete a dominant sequence, before one can seek a signal for change. As such no signal for change exists at 16:00, 15:55, 16:05 or any other time beginning at 13:50 forward to EOD. (All times Eastern and [close of] ES Bar). HTH. - Spydertrader
