Iterative Refinement

  1. I think I figured out why 12:26 [close of] YM gave permision to seek change. It created VE and as such that part of the bar was dominant, therefore that fact that the bar is spike is irrelevant - red became dominant again and Jokari Window change followed.

  3. For those newest members among us who may feel the urge to sprint ahead prior to fully completing an earlier phase in the process, I provide this reminder from way back when ...

    In other words ...

Learn to first crawl, walk, run and then you can learn to fly.

  4. I could use some help in understanding how today's 14:50 bar was not a traverse level signal of change (Price close outside the range of the previous bar w/ DBV). It appears we had a Pt3 confirmation at 14:45 but apparently this was the first dominant bar in the sequence. Any help would be appreciated.

  6. guava, saw the same thing, as I often do when I think it's change, drop fractals, problem was I didnt stay on that fractal and missed it's sc/soc. ended up washing an 8 pt move.
I dont know why it was not change. I also had to do the same thing at the 1510 bar, wasnt sure it was PV so jumped fractals. this one worked out better. I doubt that helps but figured you could use the company. :)

14:40 wait for next bar (lateral BO)
    14:45 non-dom; so 14:40 non-dom
So ... sequence not complete yet ... :)

    EDIT: Yours 1445 & 1450 ... :)

  8. I dont believe we had a lateral there. We started a new up sequence at 1420 and 1445 was pt3/SC. I suppose one could say pace jumped and we needed to go around again. The beauty of being able to reverse engineer.

Take a look at Spyder's chart. Not lateral there. I presume the lateral you are referring to started at 14:05.

The lateral got kill because one thing ended (down trav) and another started (up traverse).

The only reason I can come up with and the one I used in real time is that we had a jump in pace telling we were expecting another non-dom move
