  1. Thanks Romanus, I now see that I'm missing a bunch of lateral traverses after 11AM.

  3. Funny you posted that because when I took screenshots of the dom this week, I couldn't believe how dried up it has become.

Here is my second attempt at the drill

    - All dominant bars due to increasing volume.
    - All non-dominant due to decreasing volume except for 10:15 (2nd to last bar) increasing volume however pennant BO.

Hi Spyder, I had a quick question and noted it in the attached chart. If you have a moment could you provide any insight?

Thanks again for posting your charts. They are a wonderful resource.

  9. As we review the Gaussian Drill, everyone needs to keep the mindset in place of exactly what is known at the close of each bar. In other words, we know now exactly what the next bar (and each bar there after) did, but in real time, one only has the information contained in the near past, as well as, the current bar to Monitor, Analyze, Decide and on which to take Action. In addition, everyone needs to remain mindful of what must come next. To that end, I have erased the bars unavailable at the end of each bar under discussion.

As stated in the attached chart, it appears as if the market has returned to dominance after arriving at a Point Three. However, the trader doesn't yet know this to be the case - even with the break out on increasing volume of the Lateral. Now, the trader doesn't care at this Point whether the current bar represents dominant or non-dominant movement. Why? As long as Price continues to move in one's favor, and as long as the market has yet to complete its sequences, then the trader continues to profit. In other words, Dom vs Non-Dom has to do with sequences - which tell us when to anticipate a signal for change. Price change is what causes the trader to make money - not the sequences. As such, we wait on the enxt bar to provide the information required.
