Recently there was dialog about how some posters are overcomplicating things. Attached is a chart to demonstrate the underlying basic uncomplicated principles of the framework. Highlighted on the chart are RED ( short ) and Green ( long ) Entries. Green entries are lower lows with increasing volume vs previous bar and price close in the upper 30% of the range and above the previous bar close. Red Entries just reverse the logic of the green entry. This is not a trading system, context is completly ignored, but demonstrates the volume and price aspects of this system ignoring all of the other logic that ( sequences, LM, LF, etc, formations, WTF, etc. ) that is constantly talked about. Alot of good signals occured at the Close of the 5 minute interval today. As mentioned before this is not always the case.
Thanks for the compliment, but it's just been a casual interest of mine for a number of years. I think Mind Maps (and variations thereof) are terrific multi-purpose tools, and would strongly recommend anyone who has an interest in learning/teaching/presentation etc so explore them. A great book on the subject is Mind Maps: Radiant Thinking by Tony Buzan. If this is helpful, I'd be happy to put more of these together as I continue on the journey.
I was training to draw TL's from right to left.... from future to now and past ..... for the colors it was not intentional
I doubt if anything is being held back, it's all laid out in these journals for the taking. Tums and Avi are being criticised, they have been paying it forward in their own way, I have learnt a lot from those two in the last 18 months. I've personally tried to help you behind the scenes. I am sure Jack appreciates the effort Spyder has put in, please show some gratitude, he has done more than enough. What have you done? Don't bother replying I have just clicked the ignore button. PEACE
Today so far.. I think we have a new uptrend, black is dominant. This is assuming bar 8 is really lower red gaussian peak and is an ibgs with substantial black volume.
Check the bars' mode... The black long bar was still in Down mode, which led to the Lateral that followed. Also, look for traverse level changes!
And I started thinking, that therein resides the difference between vertical and horizontal orientation.
