Iterative Refinement

  1. I notice that the bar before the green FTT also occurs before any Flaw or VE in the green Traverse. Perhaps it, too, is a Flaw. I'll attach an earlier snippet of Spydertrader's chart showing the entire green Traverse.

P.S. Romanus, you're quick on the draw -- you posted a perfect example of my hypothetical scenario a mere 12 minutes after I posted it

  2. :D I am more like a dog admiring a rainbow from afar: "Wow, I've seen it before!" And just like dogs couldn't tell you much about diffraction and interference - i can't tell you what the differences are between those two bars:D

  3. Spydertrader, if you'd be so kind - could you tell whether or not the Gaussians are annotated correctly in the attached. Thank you.

  6. The annotations provided in your attached example do not accurately reflect the market.

  8. I don't know - for a while I've been nurturing a gnawing suspicion that there's more to gaussians than initially meets the eye. I think we're talking about being able to tell by the end of the bar. Period. Not the flaw type of philosophy - "may be, may be not, let's see the next bar PRV"

And just like trendlines - they're either right or wrong.

Get out your pencil and paper... make a draft of the basic price and gaussian... one up leg and one down leg... and use that as your "guide" for real time.
