Having a bit of a problem in the area marked with rectangle locating the change signal in a red down traverse, that ends it.

Any hints would be much appreciated.

But what signal for change the bar, you marked 'ftt', represents?

Attempt at BO of a Pennant?

 

12:20 [close of] is decreasing black - lateral movement in up trend.
Means the change took place before that, I think

 

Does it equal to the true FBO (breakout with price closing back within pennant boundaries) in this context?

 

Technically represents that price was unable to extend to LTL and Start making extensions in the opposite direction toward RTL
